TexasGYRO Warranty Policy is as follows: TexasGYRO, Inc. warrants all products repaired or overhauled to be free from defects in material and workmanship. TexasGYRO, Inc. will, at it’s option, either repair or replace any item at no charge found to be defective within the time period specified below. Overhauled Products: 6 Months Repairs: 6 Months Bench Test/Recertification: No warranty shall apply Warranty obligations are limited to repairing or replacing any unit returned within the corresponding warranty period to the type service performed on the original visit. The unit will be returned with a warranty that will expire when the original warranty expired. TexasGYRO, Inc. will only be responsible for parts installed by TexasGYRO, Inc and repairs performed by TexasGYRO, Inc. This warranty is void if the unit is found to have been misused, tampered with, or mishandled. This warranty is void if the warranty seals have been broken. This warranty is void if the unit storage, operation, or maintenance of the unit is not in accordance with the Manufacturer's Published Instructions. TexasGYRO, Inc. must perform all repairs during the warranty period. Warranty repairs may not be performed by other repair stations unless authorized by TexasGYRO, Inc. TexasGYRO, Inc. will pay UPS ground shipping expenses to return the unit to the customer to any location within the continental United States. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses to return the unit to TexasGYRO, Inc. TexasGYRO, Inc., due to the sale or use of any unit, shall incur no further obligation or liability by any party other then the original customer. TexasGYRO, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential damages TexasGYRO, Inc. is not responsible for removal and/or reinstallation. No other warranties may be expressed or implied by law or otherwise. |
